RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 5 might minimum rental; 6 nights in Christmas season.
- Changeover day is usually Saturday - We can be flexible except in Summer. Check with the manager.
- Photo ID required for all bookings. It may be scanned and emailed or presented on arrival, prior to receiving access to the property.
- Current residence address must be provided when booking.
- A personal check is welcome when booking at least 30 days prior to arrival; otherwise, a cashier's check or money order is required.
